City Bank e-Statements

City Bank is pleased to offer electronic statements for your business deposit accounts as part of our online banking services. eStatements are secure online versions of your business account statements that you can view, search, print and save! Now you can choose to receive your bank statements each month by email instead of receiving a paper copy in the mail.

eStatements include the same information that you receive with a paper statement, and more. eStatements are:

  • Fast. Your eStatement arrives faster than a mailed paper statement. Each month, you will receive an email when your eStatement is ready to view.
  • Secure. eStatements are password protected and encrypted for security. eStatements reduce the chance of your account information getting lost or stolen in the mail.
  • Convenient. eStatements can be viewed electronically, printed and saved at your convenience. eStatements are official documents, just like your paper statements, so you can use them for record keeping, tax purposes, etc.
  • Ecofriendly. Because they reduce paper waste, eStatements are the environmentally friendly solution to paper statements.
  • Free. There is no cost to receive eStatements or check images.

How to enroll in E-statements:

  1. Log into your online banking account at citybankonline.com.
  2. Click "E-statements" in the Menu Bar.
  3. Verify your current "Email Address".
  4. You will need to change the drop down for each account from "Printed/Mailed" to "Electronic".
  5. Click "update preferences".
